What kind of recording equipment do you use?
We use 3CCD Sony Digital Video cameras and audio recording equipment that, when combined, provide broadcast quality audio and video.

Do you offer any products besides the 30 and 60 minute DVD?
Yes - we provide a wide range of video recording/editing services. Contact us at 815.404.0600 or email us at admin@familyheirloomproductions.com - we will work with you to determine your needs and provide you with a 'no obligation' quote for our services.

Can I choose my own music?
No - synchronizing music tracks to video or pictures can be very expensive due to copyright issues. We will select music that is suitable for your particular application - the music we use will be music that either is in the public domain or music for which we own the synchronization rights.
